Welcome to the new edition of the Career Transition Network website! We hope you enjoy the interactive functionality and the maneuverability of this release. This site is a volunteer effort to support the mortgage banking community as well as anyone in career transition. Watch this space for news, articles and inspiration. You can also have these messages delivered to you via email or an RSS feed. Your feedback, especially during the early weeks of this release, is essential. Let us know what you like, what could be expanded and also feel free to point out necessary edits.

It must be noted that without the incredible commitment of Monica Sethi, this release would not have been possible. Monica worked tirelessly to help reorganize the layout. She put together the new site, adding functionality and spending countless hours researching “free” software that can continue to support this effort. It is amazing how creative and resourceful a mortgage banker in transition can be! A huge THANK YOU to awesome Monica, she is undoubtedly the Career Transition Network volunteer of the year!

Reach out to others to share successes, leads, inspirations, ask for advice, or just talk. We are seeking volunteers to manage each discussion. If you are interested, please contact me. Let us know if you have additional categories that would be useful.

Coach’s Corner – this page will include thoughts, tips and other information that various coaches will be contributing.

Job Postings – a win-win situation as 1) employers sign up for free access to post open positions; and 2) candidates receive job postings immediately. There is currently no charge for the employer or the user.
