Choose 2 Lead Women's Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a change in the way we work and live. 

Our work combines research and organizational best practices with the needs of the changing workforce. The scope is infinite, but the starting point is when interested individuals know that their investment of time or money can make a difference.

Success requires participation. We invite you to participate.  There are many ways to get involved, either individually or as part of an organization. Help us continue the work that will make a positive change in the 21st century by supporting C2L through financial or in-kind contributions. 




Become a Friend of C2L by getting involved:

  • Volunteer – Whether you have an hour a week or an hour a month, C2L welcomes the contribution of your time and talent. We seek out individuals who have experience in research, writing, teaching, marketing, legal or tax advice, non-profit work or just want to support our efforts. Call or e-mail us to find out more.

  • Refer a Friend – Perhaps you know someone who is interested in our mission and may want to get involved. Let us know about them.

  • Invite Us to Your Workplace – Do you know of a workplace that offers creative solutions to work and life integration? Would you like us to speak with your leadership about these initiatives? Send us a note and we will be in touch.

  • Share Your Experiences – As a mother, a corporate executive, or a woman entering the workplace... whatever your story, we invite you to share your thoughts and ideas about improving the American workplace.

  • Employment Opportunities – From time to time, C2L seeks out talent for full, part-time or contract employment. Please let us know if you are interested in learning more.

Choose 2 Lead Women's Foundation needs your support and wants to lend support to help you prepare for the workplace challenges that lie ahead. With you as our partner, we can effectively work on the issues that effect your employees and your bottom line. Please join us in ground-breaking work, as there are many ways to participate.

Research and Best Practices - Help us continue with our research by supporting us in your industry or workplace. If you are conducting employee surveys, are they telling you what you need to know? How are you preparing for the retirement of the Baby Boomers? Do you have experience with the new dynamics brought on by the Gen-X and Y employees? Can others learn from your practices? Can you learn from others? 

C2L will be working on these and other issues. Find out how you can participate and share in the results. Contact us. 

Pilot programs - Through grants, C2L will be developing programs to optimize productivity in the workplace. Let us know if you are interested in being a part of this work and assisting in further development.

Contract C2L - C2L will work with your organization in developing policies, programs, cultural awareness and will do training. Let us know your organization's objectives and discuss how we can put C2L to work for you.

Donations - As a non-profit organization, Choose 2 Lead relies on the generosity of its donors. There are several levels of Sponsorship and we invite a conversation to determine the importance of this work for your organization. 


We would like to thank our initial partners who’ve helped us in the development of C2L. We open the door for many other partners to get involved in enhancing our vision as we attempt to seek solutions to work and life integration in the 21st century.  If you are a part of a government entity, business or non-profit organization, or an academic institution, and have an interest in one or more of our four program areas (Work and Life Integration, Financial Literacy, Civic Engagement, or Young Women’s Guidance and Mentor Program), we welcome you to become a C2L partner. Each partner relationship is designed on the specific needs of that organization. One partner may request that we conduct focus groups or polling for that organization, and follow up with anecdotal research; another may request C2L experts to come on-site to conduct a seminar on work and life integration or financial literacy; and other partners may have experiences or research of their own to share. Whatever your organization’s needs or objectives, we are here to work with you. As an organization partner, C2L will look to you for financial contributions, grants or in-kind giving to support our shared efforts.
